electronic illiterate

we purchased a new jayco precept 35s and are very happy with it, but local dealer can't answer any of my questions, maybe because we bought it in florida. i spent many hours trying to get tv reception and finally discovered 2 cables that were not connected, i thought i was home free. now i'm trying to figurehow to get movies on dvd to play. there are 2 tvs inside and 1 outside, 1dvd inside and 1 outside, there is also a contraption called connex hdmi 4x4 utp matrix that evidently controls operation of dvd players but i don't have a clue how to use it. we were given a lot of manuals but can't find one for this connex unit. i downloaded a manual on-line but it deals with installation not operation. if anyone can help i would be grateful.

Welcome to the forum!

The connex is just a switch to send the DVD player to different TV's.

I don't have one but there are several youtube videos that will help. The 13 minute video is very informative.

Sounds like a great setup once you get it figured out.

Here's a link to the owners manual but I don't know anything about it.
