Make mine Coach-Net. They are absolutely outstanding and when you have a problem they never quit until it is solved.

Had GS for 9 years and only used it twice but then switched to a DP and from what i had read, thought Coach-Net might be a better choice. Still haven't used it but feel comfortable with my decision.

Coach-Net, they are very good at calling you to see if the garage they called got there.

$79.95 for the and then for being such a loyal customer it goes up a bunch for the next year. But if you call and threaten to leave they may cut you a deal fro a few more years. Otherwise, if they want to play games, we do one year in my name, the next year is in my wife's name and then back to my name as another new customer.

Coach-Net

I spoke with a Road side service man who takes calls from all the companies. I asked him which company he thought was the best. He said, without any hesitation, that Coach-Net was best. He added that he has seen them bend over backwards for customers. He gets paid the same for a service call from any of them so he has no monetary interest in recommending one over the other. Joe

I had Good Sam for two years and made one call. I was not impressed. I was stranded at an intersection traffic light for two hours. They showed no "sense of urgency" to get me service ASAP. The police finally called a tow and someone was there within a half an hour. I had to pay the tow company up front then had to go through some "red tape" (a few phone calls) for Good Sam to reimburse me but they did. I even sent them a picture of my then Class C stranded at the traffic light.

I called them up the other day as my service is expiring this month. I asked them for a discount rate because of the issue I had. They would not do it. I am going to go with Coach Net even though I have to pay via a debit card and not a paper check. They assured me my debit card is not automatically billed each year. My issue using a debit card is some company's keep billing you even though you have cancelled. I am debt free and do not have a credit card.

Sorry for the long post but I also must mention this. I called my insurance company and asked what they cover if I need towed. It is very minimal and they charge 15 bucks a year for it. Once I officially sign up with Coach Net, the insurance emergency road package will be cancelled. $15 is $15. Why have it? I would suggest you call your Ins. company and see if you need that coverage.
