Equalizer Leveling Jack Reservoir Leak

It looks like the rubber reservoir plug on the side of my tank is leaking. Anyone had a similar experience? I’m ordering a new plug and grommet in the morning so hopefully that will fix it!

Mine always had enough seepage that road dirt would build up on it, but I never felt it leaked enough to be a concern. Don't think I ever had to add fluid in the 10 years I owned the coach. I just cleaned the exterior once a year, using a detergent to loosen the oily dirt.
