Just in case you can't figure it out. This is not Mr O**** bashing. I'm not picking on the farmers. I just think they make the wrong choices too many times. Ethanol stinks. Everything about it stinks.[/QUOTE]

This is exactly what you typed.

In my personal opinion... I believe Ethanol to be the very best choice at this time too alternative fuel. And this data is based on up to date information. Not pick and choose sky writers with a vendeta againt political parties.
We all can make a differance if we step up to the plate and just try to make an informed choice based on good science.
Doing nothing, or just simply burying your head in the sand will just put you at the end of the line, "period".
I believe we are cutting edge and lot's of good stuff is showing up now in the auto world. Most of which is built for the masses in citys, electric trucks have not got what it takes to work like we work them here in the country, so, We buy flex fuel fleet every time!! We use Ethanol every chance we can. It's just good common sense, We support our neighbors that grow it, and we full well will support it. Now and tomarrow.

I've seen some quotes in the past post, I have a couple of my own.

"Life is Tough, It's even Tougher if your Stupid" John Wayne

"I think anytime you can affect people in general, in a positive way, than Your a lucky individual..." Sam Elliott

Ethanol is good, and it is good for our ecology. We pull our 5th wheel with flex fuel ford trucks and they are wonderful doing it. Happy Camping.

Ethanol is no good.

Butanol is superior. The people have been lied to for a long time.

If anyone is going to just flap the jaw without substantial backup it's just noise and B.S.

Just what is biobutanol? How long have they known how to do it with living organisms. The answers are here. Your politicians and lobbyists have sold you down the river and I think most people know this to be a fact. Just from everyday life experiences.

A Butanol Economy

Folks, the passionate "discussion" is fine, but some personal comments are creeping in and that's not fine.

Yes you do supply lots of our oil needs, and We are darn glad to have you a close neighbor's. We just can't live with out your oil. Got to have it.

And here is the fly in the ointment. The US tax dollar goes to subsidize Ethanol which is Great.. it helps even the playing field with big oil. But that is my tax dollar also. So the big question is, We love your oil and use it, but why are we exporting 42% or so of OUR ethanol to Canada? You guys have your own energy mandate's with ethanol to meet for production. And it is growing every year. As older cars get sent to the crusher, new flex or elect cars replace them. Here in farming country electric just won't cut it. We love the Ethanol, and use it every time we can. Political policys need to be worked out between our Ag Czar and our energy Czar and the policy's of subsidizing exports with us tax bucks. Heck that is just a tip of the iceburg.......
And the only thing I can do for that issue is about 4 min's of voting booth magic on November 2nd. (Simple roll of the dice) If the US government truly wants to decrease there dependancy on foreign oil, you would think they would not export there subsidized Ethanol. Send us more oil so we can E85 it. We love it gotta have it. And till it changes, Its still happy hour here. We will send you more Alcohol! Happy Camping.
