Even CW doesn't want some Lazydays locations
See: https://rvbusiness.com/camping-world...ays-rejects-2/
LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the World’s Largest RV Dealer, on Monday (March 17) announced in a press release that it has completed the purchase of five locations from Lazydays. Camping World elected to not close on two locations in Portland, Ore., and Council Bluffs, Iowa, as these locations did not meet the company’s standards, the release stated.
Locations of purchases completed included Elkhart, Ind.; Sturtevant, Wis.; Murfreesboro, Tenn.; Vancouver, Wash.; and Surprise, Ariz.
In a separate statement provided to RVBusiness, Ron Fleming, the interim CEO of Lazydays, addressed CW’s press release: “We are disappointed that Camping World has indicated to us that it will not acquire all seven locations. The Council Bluffs location, with industry leading brands by Thor and Grand Design, is a beautiful $20 million facility on a major freeway and has only been open for two years. The Portland facility is a longstanding dealership with a rich history of success with some of the industry’s premier RV brands including Grand Design and Tiffin Motorhomes.”
You gotta wonder what "standards" CW has that Lazydays did not meet.
On the plus side, Lazydays stock, GORV, is up to 85 cents a share today when it was 44 cents a share on March 5th. It peaked at $24.98 a share on Aug. 27, 2021.

This might be the reason CW doesn’t want Council Bluffs.
Less than 2 miles apart.

I can understand why they don't want the mid-Portland site as they already have three stores in the greater Portland area. The Vancouver site they are now invested in is actually on the north edge of Woodland WA 30 miles from Portland.

The 'standards' are probably financial terms.

How much of that $20 milllion would CW have to pay off? I'm certain Lazy Days has not paid off much of the costs.
And who the heck calls Thor "industry leading" RVs.

I guess it depends on what you're measuring ... they certainly lead the industry in poor construction!

$20 million for a facility? That is an extremely high occupancy expense to crack.
Camping World is a business that is owned by industrial owners/hedge fund. I relate them to what has gone on in the automotive industry--multi location dealerships in competition with each other.
Many of the old line RV dealers were successful because they were good people and they lived on personal relationships with previous customers. When outfits like Camping World made them an offer they could not refuse, that meant that C/W was paying too much for the dealership. Look up a year later, and few of the old salesmen and employees are still around. They do not like working under pressure to perform.
And customers do not like the way those national chain stores operate. Profit on front end, profit on back end. And terrible service turnarounds--at $150 an actual hour labor. No thank you.
