Experience Buying from Shop4Seats.com?

I wanted to add a picture or two. We use these recliners on a daily basis. Maybe they would last if it was periodic use.

I change the dinette, the sofa and two barrell chairs in my motorhome.

I ordered 8 month ago. Was suppose to receive in beginning of july, finally I received on september 2.

Two months after I had paid, they called me to get an extra 1200$ US for shipping because of gas price increase!!!

I did not answer their calls and emails for a month since I did not want to pay extra. They then said they would cancel the order. I had to pay. The seller was upset so during the summer when it was time to receive my furniture he never answered me for two months. So at the end of summer I contacted the billing service to cancel my order, they then entered my order in the system and shipped it to me the same week.

In my opinion, you can not had extra for gas if the customer has already been waiting two months since he can not cancel the order and buy somewhere else since it would had a two month delay.

I really thought they would use real leather since they say Ultra leather. But this is vinyl. I am victim of a big fraud here. I am so pissed off about my furniture.

I hate this company so much. I hate them. I hate them. I hate them.

Big pinched-seams, I'm hoping it holds up over time. Very comfortable.

Interestingly, I picked up in person, and afterwards they kept contacting me asking when I was planning to pick up. Could have got another chair for free. Finally I felt bad because the lady was so courteous and let her know, hey, you already gave me my chair!

I get the hunch after my experience that shop4seats is like Wayfair, or Sears or Nordstrom - they are wholesalers not manufacturers. So quality of product may vary dramatically from item to item

We ordered a U-Dinette and Couch with hide-a-bed from them and while it took some time, we did get the products and quality seems good, seats are comfortable and the hide-a-bed is a hybrid air mattress unit with a built in pump, works great.

Only problem we have had is the table top got some heat stains and then the table mount broke, but I talked them into a refund on that becuase they were estimating 6 weeks for a new table and I just picked a new mount for 20 bucks from the local RV store.
