Experience Buying from Shop4Seats.com?

The vinyl fabric on our captain's chairs is shredding. We've installed temporary covers, but need to address this problem. We know we could have them re-upholstered, but the prices on Shop4Seats are very attractive.

Would love to hear from people who have bought seats from this company and their experience and impressions of the products.

Thanks in advance.

Same question!

Thank you for posting this! I have also been searching for captains chairs to replace the ones in our 1995 American Eagle. The leather, cushioning, and springs are worn out. Shop4Seats.com is much cheaper than BradandHall. I can’t find any reviews on the Qualitex brand they sell.

We bought seats from them for a street rod project that I built. Seats are okay . Not flexsteel or Wiseguys quality but a lot less money. Seats came damaged and when I contacted them after several tries was told to return and they would fix the torn fabric. Then the fun started. Return and after a number of weeks called to see what was going on. They had done nothing. Took many other phone calls and complaining to get them to fix and return. No customer service after sale. I would not buy from them again.

I got two couches from them and I'm well pleased - I have only had the about 6 months. A friend got a complete set of furniture for his coach, captains seats, sofa, dinette and recliner. He has had them for about 2 years now and is very pleased.

We bought a hide a bed sofa from them 6 years ago. Slight scuffing on the front corners of the arms from shipping, contacted them hoping maybe some money back as we could have lived with it but they sent me 2 new arms. Very happy with the sofa and airbed mattress as very comfy and vinyl has worn well. Good luck, Don

Maybe we could cut them a little slack here? Staffing problems have escalated this year as we all know.
My own business has suffered and am in the process of closing. Not entirely due to the pandemic but it was a deciding factor.

Quality staffing could be a whole new long topic even before pandemic.

I'm also considering buying from them, but can get no info from them on the testing results of their "Ultimate Leather" product. Is this what yours is covered in? If so, how is it holding up? I just don't want to go to all this expense and trouble and have it chip and peel like the junk my RV came with.

I'm not sure if it was ultimate leather or not. It was probably that as it was very soft and had a nice feel to it. Much softer feeling than the vinyl on the original captains chairs in the coach. Only complaint we had was our choice of white with tan inserts. Looked good but white was hard to keep clean as things marked it. No problem with flaking such as I've heard on some of the seats in some coaches. Sorry I can't be more helpful as we sold the motorhome and sent all receipts with it. We were happy with it and would purchase from them again if we need something. Hope this helps, Don.

My complaint was about customer service not product. The street rod does not get a lot of use so can't comment on longevity of product.

We replaced dinette, couch, driver and passenger seats 5 years ago. Everything still looks like new. If you contact them they will send you a larger sample size of their fabric.

The Qualitex Ultimate Leather brand is vinyl. We have had our two recliners by Qualitex Deleon series for two years. They are peeling on the arms/back/seat. This is not “real” leather.

After 7 years, we're not seeing any peeling or wear.

Ordered seat buns & cover for the driver seat on my F250.

Foam material on the buns was great, the "matching" fabric on the cover didn't match so much.
No problems sending the cover back.

Would order form them again.
