If got a buddy who bought a 71 new with 455SD engine and back in the day was a Pontiac service manager. He has 2 spare 455SD engines go figure. It’s been garage sitting for since the 80’S.

Me and DW...Mike and Debbie or Mikendebbie is what I use on most forums.
I signed up for IRV2 in the early 2000s when we had a pop-up using mikendebbie, but over the years I dropped off from reading the forums.
In 2016 or so - started reading the forums again and tried to log in using my old credentials and it did not work. Tried to create a new account using mikendebbie and IRV2 said "that user name is taken"...yeah - taken by me...but anyway - I decide to use Mike in Austin instead.

I am retired Navy and flew F-14’s, my call sign given me was Creature ( 6’2 -260 lbs) so was large for that community hence the call sign Creature. qcreature2 is actually assigned by some system logic a long time ago after being told user name creature was already used and it’s close enough that I figured I wouldn’t forget it so it stuck.

I started out my military career in the Air Force in Intelligence and the squadron had naming ceremonies giving everyone a call-sign. My last name is Grass and pilots have a sense of humor - F16 pilots do, anyway. I’m lucky it wasn’t Roachclip or Mary Jane. 😜

Original Owner
In 1967, after having served in the Marine Corps for 3 of my 4 years enlistment, I re-enlisted early for another 6 years. I received a signing bonus of $7,000. I immediately went to my local Ford/Shelby dealer and purchased a 1966 Shelby GT-350 off of the showroom floor. Paid cash...$4695. I've had "gt350ed" for as long as I can remember.
