Like I said I had two claims and one of them was the rear dif so its a pretty big repair and I dropped of the RV on Monday and got it back on Thursday by lunch time, don't get me wrong I called the dealer everyday to find out how things where and also called the warranty company but I have to say both of my claims the where great, the second claim they didn't even look at it they just said ok over the phone and that was it so not all company's Work the same way I have to say for noe I'm very happy with mine.
