extended warranty/power train

when extended warranty says engine will be covered if damaged as a result of internally lubricated part...is this good or bad..i thought i had read somewhere that this is a clause that can get repair denied...it stated wording like this also for the transmission. does most extended warranties have this wording?

If you ran it out of oil it would not be covered. If the part can be lubricated by you and you don't services it, the claim would not be covered. I lost an engine in my toad
they couldn't figure out why. But they paid. Had the pickup tude on the generator
fail, it was inside of the gas tank, but because it was a rubber hose they didn't pay. Don't worry do your regular service and you'll be fine. The wording is like that in all the warranties thank the lawyers.
