The only comment that I have is that 5.99% is a really good rate...at least in this part of the country. Joe

Wow, 5.99% is outstanding. I was offered 6.99% if I purchased a 5 year service plan from cornerstone. Without it, the rate would be 7.75%.

FWIW, when we bought our "new" 08 Monaco, we knew there wouldnt be any factory warrenty.
I use the term'New" because it had never been registered before we bought it and only had something like 2400 miles on it when we bought it.
We got one thru the dealer that, after reading the paperwork, covers just about anything that could go wrong with the rig from bumper to bumper execpt normal wear and tear items like wipers etc.

Keep in mind one other thing. If you purchase the extended contract and roll it in with your loan you will be paying interest on the contract for the term of the loan, usually 20 years for most people. Better to put the contract under a separate loan and pay it off in the time the contract is in effect. Otherwise you are still paying for the contract long after it has expired.

True. The dealer just wants you to spring for a high priced -read big profit-extended warranty.

I am under the impression that any new warranty begins when the buyer signs the contract agreement, not when the RV was built.

I saved HUNDREDS with Wholesale warranties. They tell you what they don't cover...... The list is very short
