Bob is the kindest, most customer friendly person that I have EVER called. I did not need parts, but information.
We lost the owner of this firm last year. ob and the other staff members are determined to keep his memory active in All decisions. Bob even invited me to the factory for any repair assistance that I would ever need! Wow, how many other companies would ever make that offer.
