Fantastic Vent does it again!

I have a fifteen year old Fantastic Vent that worked fine until we set up at our seasonal site. I finally got the nerve to climb on the roof to see if I could see any obvious faults, I couldn't find any. I called Fantastic Vent, spoke to Randy in technical support, he told me to look at the plunger switch and spray some contact cleaner on it, and cycle it a few times. That was the problem! Five minutes of my time and everything works! Thanks to everyone at Fantastic Vent for a great product and great service even fifteen years after the sale!

You most certainly cannot beat the service from this company. You hear nothing but praise for them and it's well deserved. I hope they keep up the good work.

[scenic route]

We have two and they have given us excellent no problem service. I do need to get one of their cover vents for the one up front with the rain sensor. It does it's job very well, closes when it's sprinkling out...usually when we are trying to cook. Great products and nice to know they stand behind them. Bob
