If you guys have been camping since the black tank flush system were installed then you know about sanitizing the hose bins
And have a dedicated flush hose properly stored away from your potable hose and slinky
Personally I use peroxide but for most bleach is certainly fine and given the declining water quality you need to be aware
The guys that drink grey water will jump in here soon

These may be dumb questions to those that have a built in tank flush. Asking anyway because I'm curious....
Sanitizing the "hose bins"? What is that?
I can understand keeping the flush hose away from a potable hose but why can't it be stored near the slinky?
I don't think I've ever heard anyone state that they drink their grey water. I'm sure it can be filtered enough to drink but how many do that?
On the OP's question, I would drain the tank, fill it back up, and call it good. Because it's a bit of a gross thought for me, I'd add some bleach to the tank if I knew it was a dead raccoon that caused the notice to come about.
