Financing

We are wanting to purchase a 2012 Thor Outlaw. We have spoken to Several financial institutions about the financing. Getting an approval has been pretty easy, it's trying to find the best APR and to find a 0% down allowance. We are purchasing this from an individual rather than a lot and this seems to be where the issues arise with the banks.
Can anyone give us some advice on who would be best for the financing?
The other thing is that we plan to sell our home and hit the road full time by April 2018, so this will be our primary home, is there a way to get it financed as a second home as a mortgage?
Any help will be Greatly Appreciated.
Thanks, Dewayne & Milisa

from WA State!

Financing with 0% down may be a problem. We tried that with the Magna but our ages worked against us. Not legal but the agent agreed with us. Ended up having to put $50,000 down.
Going full time in the rig can work against you too. They charge higher interest rates for full timers
