Unfortunately the financial markets are not doing well this year, so the opportunity costs are not substantial. But in this interest rate environment I would finance both.

Many people understand that leverage will work for you with an appreciating asset, but many also understand that financing a depreciating asset can be a smart financial strategy because you can hedge against your loss with your remaining capital.
