Financing: Southeast Financial vs Voyager Credit

How are these two companies (Southeast Financial and voyager Credit) to work with processing the loan? I have been approved by both, and on the surface it looks like they have similar doc fees. If you have experience working with either of these two companies, I would appreciate your experience.

I used SE financial since I was buying out of state and they handled all the paperwork. Easier than me paying cash and having to figure it all out. But, it is my understanding (which could very well be wrong) that 5/3 bank bought out SE Financial, at least thats where my payment had to be made shortly after the purchase.

They were easy to work with and seemed to know what they were doing during the process, no problems at all.
