Firan covington motorhome

i am new to this site and first time RV owner. I have a 97 Firan Covington Lx 34' motorhome and hoping someone here has one similar and can help me locate components to solve 12V electrical problem. The motorhome came with owners manuals and paperwork for all appliances and I have paperwork that for an Intellitec Battery Control Center that I cant find anywhere. Everything I have read online leads me to believe the battery disconnect relay is my problem, but I cant find it. Thanks in advance for any help! Roger

Follow the positive cable from the house battery terminal - it has to go to the relay.

You didn't mention the model of Intelletec BCC and there are several. Some have the solenoid inside the BCC box and others leave it external, but it is going to be near by, usually adjacent.

Once you find it.You could move pos cables to same lug or use a jumper cable to bypass it to test.

I thank all of you for your response! I will try to follow the cable again, kind of hard because they are wrapped in plastic covering like the small wires, but I will also try to get some pictures of the set up. My problem is I have no 12V house power(lights,slide-outs) even with generator running. The disconnect switch by entry door must be at least partially working, because generator starter wont operate unless it is on. But the generator fuel pump has no power unless I put a different battery on the ground next to it and run wires to it.
