First purchase Florida private party questions

Hoping for some quick help. Supposed to finalize a deal tomorrow to purchase a private party 2013 Coachmen 192rsb trailer. I am resident in South Carolina and plan to register the trailer here in SC. I have reviewed the Florida title and was surprised that nowhere is there an indication of Coachmen nor the model number. In the box marked "maker" it says FRRV and in the box marked "body" it says TV. Should I be concerned to not see Coachmen anywhere on the title? The VIN number is stated on the title as is all other appropriate info. I am trying to get the seller to send a photo of the VIN on the unit but he seems rather inexperienced in terms of finding the VIN on the unit. Also does anyone know how it works in Florida. Does he just sign the title over to me? The title does not indicate need for a notary. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Make sure you see the VIIN and it matches the title before you pay a penny. If it doesn't, run, don't walk, away.

Since December 2008, Coachmen has been part of the Berkshire Hathaway RV division - Forest River.

When I was young and handsome, titles were filed out by hand by clerks looking at the documents. Today, they can only select items to fill various fields. Every year, we seem to have a few people with older RV titles that the clerks can't understand because the new software doesn't recognize the brand, model, etc on the documents.

If the VIIN matches, don't worry what they call it. Saying it was manufactured by Forest River (FRRV) is technically correct. Like saying a Chevy truck was manufactured by GMC.
