Bless you. You are very welcome to keep my share for the entire winter. We had 17" in Texas last year, way above our norm. I hope the snow "under performs" for us the rest of the season.

Pretty! Snow is a rarity on the southeast coast of NC,last year we had some here but when we were in FLorida. We had heavy sleet one night down there but it just wasn't the same.

I love snow on December 24th and could easily feel good about seeing it gone on December 26th! Here in Canada, it stays with you longer than the folks south. Contrary to belief, no we don't get around on dog sleds or live in Igloos. It's just a harsh reality for about 3 months here in British Columbia. Right now it"s -16 degrees centigrade. Cold front is here for about 4 days till it gets back above zero. I'm not retired so I can't do like the likely snowbirds that get to go south for the winter.

Please keep it up north. Woke up Saturday surrounded by it but not down here on the valley floor. It did make the mountains look nice.

The ski resorts on Colorado have gotten 5 -7 feet so far this season. Some are forecasting single digit highs for the many that are going to open the season up Wed. or Thur. Steamboat Colorado Photo of the day There are some RV'ers who camp in the high country during the winter for the skiing.

There was a dusting of snow above 4500 ft in the mountains around Las Vegas last week end. We've had enough of this! We head south Monday.
