Ok little more update, I repaired the rounded mirror that came lose today and I ordered a new alternator from orellys in the hopes of changing it before we leave Florida but when I picked it up it was not the same they had crossed it to what they had and the connections are not the same and had no instructions with it. So I have the batteries on the charger tonight and we are leaving a day early so I will be sure to make it to my auction on time.
Some fun news for me is I will be going wright by Fort Benning and am going to take the time to look around, the last time I was there was 1984 for basic training and infantry training. It should be fun to look around and see where some of my youth was spent, I sure wish I was in the same shape now as I was then! I feel like the same person but my body and the person looking back at me in the mirror isn't the same.who new time would go so fast!
So wish me luck I will be packing up in the morning and hitting the road! Whoo hoo drivin drivin drivin! Reminds me of the song, wheels on the bus goes round and round.lol

I think I'd give up RV'ing if I ran into the same problems! Or if I continued, it might be as a single man . . . .

You do know that you can run the gennie when going down the road - it'll keep the batteries charged. If your coach doesn't have a motor battery charger built in, you could buy a 10 amp charger and hard wire it in. That's what I've done to both of my MH.
