I just got the correct receipt from TSD and I misspoke.
The actual was about 15-20 cents higher/gal. I was using the previous fill $ and yesterday's gals. DUH
AC&T is now on my favorites list as we pass by there on our way out and back for snow bird trips.
AC&T has several locations but this was their truck stop off I-81 Hagerstown.

That is probably why the wallet setting doesn't come up. From what I can tell once you set up the app with the leisure selection you can't go back to your profile and change it to commercial.
