Florida Gated Communities W/coaches
 Looking for gated communities, mostly in Central Florida where we can park or have our own garage attached to the house. Every where we looked at while in Florida did not accommodate a place for a coach. We don't wish to store it at another location. Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Here's one place. Not an endorsement. You decide. I was there yesterday conducting other business and one of the fulltime resident folks who was 85 said they love this place. I think it has about 1000 sites and has everything from restaurants to a church and a post office. One of the things I use is they have a great RV repair company onsite who is Spartan certified. Everybody there drives a golf cart. They have houses/pads in all price ranges.

We live in Central Florida. Moved here just before the end of the year. Our intention was to be full timers. While looking for RV places we found many places that have Mobile Homes with attached RV parking. I'm not much of a gated community person but we found plenty that we actually liked.
Check out Deer Creek as an example. Welcome to Deer Creek RV
Here is another that is really nice. Florida RV Park | Florida RV Resort | Baylake RV | Florida, Lake, Bay
They will build to suit. There were some small but beautiful places already built for sale. The pads are brick and the place is beautiful. Private access to Lake Mattie.

We own in Deer Creek, Davenport FL (about 20 miles south of Orlando). While you wouldn't have a garage, there are a number of sites with class A sized RV ports.

Mount Olive Shores North located near Plok City (north of Lakeland), has lots with RV pads and also RV port homes.
There is also a Mount Olive Shores South which has RV sites and mobile homes. It sounds like North would be more of what you're looking for.

Check out Willow Lakes Golf and RV Resort. We just bought their. Many phases as needed depending on your rig size. It is located in Titusville Fl across from the Kennedy Space Center.

They are out there. Presently at Tanglewood in Sebring and they have some Manufactured Homes (Not trailers) with attached RV ports that are for sale.

Try the small town near 75 and I-4 named "The Villages" I've been told they have them. Also a golf cart community.

The Villages does not have any RV port homes. No RVs are even allowed to be stored on your property.
