FMCA Mifi Sprint to T-Mobile SIM Card

We were happy with our M8000 prior to it being stolen in a burglary. FMCA charged us for a new Inseego 5G Mifi M2000 with a Sprint SIM Card. Reliability and speed were pathetic. FMCA sent us a new T-Mobile SIM card. It installs easily but, first connected device (cell phone) requires T-Mobile account set-up. We don't want to pay FMCA a monthly fee PLUS pay T-Mobile. We have left three messages at FMCA and now opened a trouble ticket on their website. Does anyone here know how to get around the T-Mobile account set-up so we can determine if this new T-Mobile SIM Card will fix our issues? Thank you!

The service will depend on where T-mobile stands with the tower conversions in your area. If complete, you will see better service with the T-mobile simm. If your area is still on Sprint towers, or if being serviced by an extended network agreement, stay with the Sprint simm.

Howdy!

My understanding is FMCA has to set up the T-Mobile sims card. I talked to Joshua back in early December as my FMCA Sprint MiFi hotspot was no longer working. We have the new FMCA Inseego MiFi. He stated he would send me a new T-Mobile sims card and when I got it to contact him as he needed to do the required setting to get it working. As of now I have now received the new T-Mobile sims card and my phone calls a emails have now been answered.
