I had a 1960s MH left on my small farm property I bought. Still cost me $800 to get rid of it after giving anything of value away left in it. Real eyesore.

It, um, got "winterized." The shadows make it hard to see, but nearly the entire roof is gone. Also, the passenger side wall is beginning to fall away.

It appears that someone still drives this thing. Plumbing leaking all over the ground but hey it sure looks road worthy.

That looks like one of the first model Tiffin Allegro's.

Correct you are. And as you can see the build quality keeps these things on the road no matter what.

Yep, I'm sure there are parts of this RV "on the road" left in the trail behind everywhere it has been LOL.

Not Forgotten, Repurposed/Retired

At Camellia St Grill in Everglades City, FL.
Quite attractive actually. From the padlock on the door, I think it's probably just used for storage.

On every short trip between stops we always see abandoned RVs. Just think in 20 years there will be hundreds of thousands more littering our great country. What would our founding fathers think of us?

I think our founding fathers would have much greater concerns than abandon RVs, but that is a discussion for another place.

I should have taken a photo of my RV before I washed it. One could argue it looks abandon, as it sadley hasn't moved for 9 months. Just too busy this year to get away. I got one trip planned for the fall, but that is it.
