Form 8840 question

I am currently filling the 8840 Form to establish my closer connection to Canada. The form asks for my Canadian address and my US address, the Canadian one is easy as it's my home.

Over the year I stay in multiple locations in the US, some for months and some for days.

Must I list each and every location? Or can I just pick the address of the place I stay the longest?

Some Canadian on here who fils the form8840 must be able to quickly answer this....Thanks

I maintain a PO Box in the USA, and have put that in on the form ; because I stay in one place ; and get my mail there . I believe that line would be for people like myself or other Canadians that own a residence in the USA.
I'd just put "no US mailing address" on that line.
