Customer after-sale care is not high priority in any CW I have dealt with. I am sure there are other dealers out there as bad or worse, but CW sales people do not seem to want to get involved in anything dealing with warranty work or things that need to be adjusted after they get the contract signed and a check in their hands. With a company that size, you have to wonder how they got that big

Step one is to document all of your problems chronoligicaly and the answer result for the solutions.

With this in hand set up an appointment with a specific time to meet with the Camping World General Manager for the branch that you bought the Thor product from. Explain to him how un happy you are with Camping World/Thor performance. Let the CW GM commit to solving your problems with a date that is satisfactory to you. Explain to the GM if not resolved to your satisfaction you or your attorney will take it up with Mr. Lamonis alias the Prophet who is a weekly 'talking head on TV' and the president of Camping World.

I am sure the Prophet does not want to be maligned on Facebook or Twitter

Good Luck and tell us if they are responsive.

Thank you ALL so very much for you responses and encouraging words! My co-plot (DW) says that she finally feels loved after all the tears and frustrations. We will compile all of your great suggestions and will follow them. Even if we have to contact "The Prophet" as seb1899 says! This has been our dream after raising our kids and it so hard to believe that our dream has become a nightmare! We will keep you all posted and thanks for for all your advice and encouraging words!

Sounds like you already know that it's "The Profit"...

That aside:

Dunno if you saw my suggestion re. posting at RV.net, but if it's Marcus Lemonis himself you want to hear from I recommend you take that avenue. You needn't take my word for the fact that he himself often responds, and lickety-split; check out some of the threads in that forum and see for yourself. For example, he answered in the thread at this link barely fifteen minutes after it was posted.

Best of luck to you
