Tell me, exactly how are we negatively affected by the Keystone XL shortcut being canceled? The Keystone pipeline is still very much active and intact.
The XL was intended to link Canada directly with the Gulf of Mexico, so the shale/tar sands crude it carried was not intended to be cracked in the USA.
