Full wall slide out

Hello, need some help with a reoccurring issue. I have a winnebago with a full wall slide out that the middle railing keeps breaking bolts. Even took it to winnebago two years ago. They re- welded new bolts, same issue. ANY thoughts or suggestions appreciated. If anyone has had this issue would love to talk. Thanks!

the welding itself weakens the bolt regardless of grade. Any way to replace the bolt without welding it?

I'd eliminate the welded bolt and use a 1/4" plate welded between the members. Seems the welded bolt method was a slick cheap way to fasten.

I agree with Clifford . I've seen this done several times the bolts will break often if there's moment or expansion type stresses. If welded less through and behind a plate work better. The bolt with no shank/full threads doesn't help. Heavy nuts welded behind a plate will strip more easily but hold up much better.
If using a threaded plate it looks like there's room for a jamb nut to keep a stud locked in. I would try a case hardened stud if you can find one to use with the plate.
