I have a Magnum. There is a fuselink, usually close to the batteries. Do you have a distribution box in a storage compartment next to the battery tray? Look there.

The Pro 1000 has no DC fuse of its own - the installation spec suggests an external disconnect switch and supply fuse between the Xantrex and the battery.
