You didn't say what model you have, but if it's a cook top and oven, open the top of the cook top. There should be some kind of air adjustment under the top. Without knowing what you have, kinda tough telling.......Tank
edit: Been a while since my job was to work on RV's. You might want to connect a manometer to you gas system to check the pressure. I always hooked it up to the stove connection. If your pressure is low, it will act the same way.
I had a customer that had everything LP go out in his coach every morning about 2 or 3 o'clock. It took a while to diagnose the problem, but cut to the chase, I disconnected every LP line in the coach and plugged them. One at a time I unplugged them and blew through the lines. In the end, I got about a tablespoon of the oil in the LP to give it it's distinctive odor. Just depends on the age of your coach.
