I prefer the AGM but the FLA are also a decent battery.
They are made in USA by East Penn and I have used many EP & Duracells and been pleased.
I consider them a best buy on a $/AH basis and if treated well will provide good service life. My EP 8Ds in our boat are going on season #8 and still going strong.
I installed 8 - Duracell 6V GC AGMs in our MH a year ago.

Last year I installed two Sam's Club Duracell 6 volt AGM batteries in my coach. So far so good.

The reason I spent $179 each was so I didn't have to check water levels every month.

Sale is $20 off either the FLA or AGM GC2s they have. $70 for the FLA, $160 for the AGM. Hard to beat either price. Sale ends May 16.

If you decide to replace FLA with AGM, be sure to set the charge profile accordingly.

They are as good as any. The Duracell brand is a private label and that battery was actually made by one of the big factories anyway (there are 4 majors in the USA but hundreds of battery brands).

When comparing price, make sure the rated amp-hours are the same. 6V GC batteries come in two basic capacities, 210 AH and 230 AH. The 210's are always cheaper. The lower capacity battery has less lead plates and lead is the expensive component.

I got 11yrs out of the Sams platinum FA batts in my old TT they $10-15 more. I ran them down so many times it was stupid I would say they were still at 60% capacity when I sold it. Your lucky to be able to get the AMG they are only available in about half of US. Must be some distribution agreement. According to battle born tests FA GC is best bang for buck if cared for / watered.

I installed 4 of these yesterday. Replaced my almost 7 year old interstate that seemed to be still performing pretty good. But because of age and the fact that I could get the 230amps batteries for around $105, I thought time to change out. Hopefully they will last as long and perform as well as my interstate batteries did. Time will tell.
