I bought a 2020 Class C much like yours, just before Covid. Now just over a year later I could sell it for 10k more than I bought it for. If all your equipment works correctly you did OK.

Did a quick search of similar rigs on RV Trader, based on what I saw looks like you got a heck of a deal. Congratulations.

If you're happy with it then it's a good deal. What anybody else says doesn't really matter.

Anytime that the seller and the buyer are both happy with the price, it is the proper one. Even so, NADA says that the average retail price is $39k.

Just seemed like a unbelievable price!

Especially with 30k miles.

Any tips? This is my first motorhome. I’ve only owned travel trailers.

Just think of it as a truck and trailer all in one unit. Follow the maintenance from the chassis owner's manual religiously you should be fine.
