BUTTTTT.... NOT every problem needs a Dealership, either, and (dealerships) usually (give preference to) ERS that their franchise sells?

Interesting discussion. We have GS, never had to use it in 4 years for any of our vehicles.

I used to be a tow driver many years ago part time to make extra money for the family. I know first hand how the companies work and how they deal with their contract tows, including police and highway patrol tows. Profit margin was thin then, considering the cost of the tow equipment and other assets.

Seems this is still a crap-shoot regardless of who you contract with. So many variables involved.

I always tried to put myself in the customer's shoes.....I was there to help them out of a pickle. Nothing worse than being stranded, no matter where you are.
