Good Sam Club Woes

Just recently I called Good Sam Club and joined for 2 years, which cost $45 for two (2) years. The next day, Good Sam Club charged my credit card another $25. So I called them and their CS said they don't have a record of charging our account $25! And CS didn't seem particularly concerned about the matter either, which is just about as upsetting as the $25 problem. So now, I'm disputing the charge with the credit card company. Who needs this aggravation anyway!

Don't write them off - this has happened to me with various companies. You eventually get it resolved.

Obviously, dispute the charge but also ask your CC company for a replacement card as you may have been hacked. I just had my Discover Card replaced as there were a couple AMAZON charges that weren't mine
