This is not roadside assistance. This is a medical help-out plan if you break your leg or something and need help getting someone to drive your RV back home or get your pet back home or need assistance in finding a doctor, medivac, etc. etc.

Got a brochure from GS in the mail yesterday. $99 year for family.

Anyone used this plan? Did a search but nothing popped up.

We've had it for a number of years, but have never needed to use it (knock on wood), so I can't say anything about their performance.

FMCA has the same benefit, they call it Medex. There is no extra cost for it, it is part of the membership. Which by the way is only $35yr and includes a magazine that is worth that price by itself. go to their web site and check it out.
