I have had poor service from AAA Great service from Coach Net.Never tried GS. From what I understand Coach Net actually ownes and operates their call center dispatch service, while Good Sam is a reseller of the service of Road America. My advise is to go and talk to some service providers AKA towtruck operators to find out who they prefer working for .

I had Good Sam ERS years ago and when I blew a tire in the fiver, after 3 hours I had no service. After a forty five min wait they called back to see if I had my problem fixed. it was a call where you press one if you had service or 2 if not. I had to wait on my cell phone for 45 min. to get anyone at GS to get answere. When they did answer, she call the tow service and found out they not left the garage due to traffic conditions in Atlanta on I20. I changed the tire myself, because it was getting dark. I never got a a spoligy or anything after writing them. Every now and then I get mail wanting me to get GS ERS. NO WAY NEVER !! Still mad at them after several years. I now have AAA.
