I am also in Canada, have used GS, ERS 3 times in last 5 years. Had excellent service, one time here in Ontario other two times in USA, no news from them that I had to many calls. Not much junk mail from GS. Just reminders for renewals.

We have been with Allstate road service since back when I weighed 150 lbs and had hair. (a loooooooooong time ago)
Some time ago I upgraded my service to Platinum (I think) You pay extra, but not that much. With it you get UNLIMITED USAGE and they will come and get you and tow your coach to a ''authorized dealership'' no matter where you might be when you break down. I was told that this even works in Canada though I have not tested it yet.
One year we ''popped one'' at the 108 mile marker in Utah and had to wait 18 hours for ''Goober'' to come out and change the tire. (another story on here) I called Allstate to tell them not to use Johnson Towing in Utah and mentioned that we had waited 18 hours for service. The nice lady told me that we would receive half or our premium in refund for the poor service. I protested the refund (stupid) saying it was not their fault that ''Goober'' got lost on the only super highway going west to east in Utah. She persisted and Allstate sent me a letter of apology and a check.
We donated the check to Toys for Tots and renewed with Allstate Motor club. This service covers anything I drive and anything I am towing. If I had a complaint it would be that they use ''overseas operators'' but that is one of the facts of life now.
Anyhow, I recommend Allstate Motor Club and get the ''Platinum Plan'', it is worth the extra money....
