Good Sam Ext Warranty Diagnostic Fees

Just a quick question to see if any others have experienced this issue.
While on a trip to Florida recently, we had a problem with a slide which was diagnosed by Camping World techs. Since I was on a trip I could not wait for the parts and repairs (which I was told would take weeks) and so was charged over $150 diagnostic fee but assured that it would be covered so long as I had the repair done at Camping World in New Jersey.
However, CW in NJ states they have to do their own diagnostics (understandable) and will be charging for it regardless of the fees already paid at the Florida facility. Good Sam Insurance states they have no control over what is charged at the dealer but will cover 'reasonable' diagnostic fees, but not two for the same repair. Seems like I have to fight this one out with CW and wondering if anyone has any advice on how to proceed.
Thanks to all in advance for any suggestions.

You might consider posting this over on RV.Net. That forum has several areas near the top dedicated to Good Sam / Camping World issues. It is sponsored and monitored by the GS/CW representatives.

Kazoo and Medico - Thanks for the heads-up. I went to the Good Sam forums at RV.net and already had the problem resolved! Real nice to see a company stand behind thier product like that. Thanks again!
