I am trying to purchase a 08 Fleetwood Providence and borrowing from Good Sam but I am getting no response to calls, voicemails or email. Has anyone else used them and had issues? This is very frustrating, I’ve never had this issue with getting a loan before. They seem to have the best rate and terms for an 08 from the research I have done but this is painful!

I believe they use M & T bank. Try going direct.

You must first be a Good Sam member and then make your application online. The link to the online application form is near the bottom of the GS Finance Center page. If you have been trying to apply by phone or fax, well, you see what happens.

I was able to fill out the application and got approval but I was getting any communication after that. I made a call to the main customer service line and now things are running smooth. Hopefully we will be closing the loan next week.
