Just checked a few stations under both TSD and Gas Buddy and my card still shows a significant discount at both Pilot and FJ truck stops over the pump price.
Where did the initial reports come from...maybe a GS rep?

I just scanned the TSD FB page and all I could find was a bunch of “hair on fire” posters spreading BS. Nothing posted by TFS in timeline or Announcements.
If anyone has some facts please post.

Jumpin jeebus in a sidecar... It's been in this thread like 4 times now, but here's number five for you, DIRECT from TSD's own website. This wasn't pulled from my tailpipe after all.
https://www.tsdlogistics.com/daily-rates/
From the link
"As of the end of the week, Pilot is officially retracting their discounts from our program due to their relationship with Good Sams. Good Sams has an exclusive contract with Pilot which prevents them from giving any discounts to the RV community through any other means. Every other discount is still in place."

I would dearly love to know the length of the agreement/contract is between Pilot/Flying J and GS. It's certainly not known if their contract will be renewed or altered due to the TSD/TCS (FMCA) fuel discount programs, but it's a date and event that will be quite telling. If the TSD/TCS programs continues to grow in popularity there will be a lot of financial pressure to not renew with Bad Sam. By the way, I notice that the FMCA TCS program doesn't mention Pilot or Flying J in their marketing literature.

This doesn't seem like a big deal to me. We just completed a 3100 mile trip from Boston to Fla and back. Had no problem finding a Loves to fuel up at when needed and averaged a 20% savings over all with the TSD card. If Pilot doesn't want in then use whoever does. Their loss. It is your $ and your choice where to spend it.

All these acronyms have me confused. What is TSD, PFJ? We must be really out of the loop. At least we know what GS (Good Sam?) means.

P/FJ responded to my comment to them that they had not agreed to the resale of their fuel. Whether that is a fair interpretation of events is another subject. I simply replied “Resale is better than no sale.” I hope this whole affair does nor blow up on us or TSD.

This is also my concern. IMO complaining to Good Sam and/or Pilot is a useless endeavor, and even TSD has advised against it. I would bet that Good Sam has a similar discount program with Pilot that TSD did, which means GS was pocketing the difference between that discount and the ~8¢ they were giving the consumer. That revenue stream is going to continue to decrease as more folks take advantage of the TSD program.
Marcus Lemonis is a very litigious individual and I am concerned at some point he may file a lawsuit challenging the validity of the program since we RVers are not owned by or under contract with TSD. Even if TSD is on solid ground, it will still cost them money to defend any suit that might be presented. If it does happen and is favorably decided quickly that would be great. But what happens if TSD is unable to sustain themselves against the onslaught of continued motions by Lemonis' legal team?

I believe the end result will be that TSD will drop all its RV customers, so it then can get discounts at P/FJ.
