Good Sam Roadside Assistance comes through!
Last night I dropped Annette off at a department store and waited in the parking lot, listening to the radio. What I didn't know was that I forgot to turn off the headlights because the parking lot was well-lighted. When she came out, in less than 30 minutes, the starter just clicked!
I called Good Sam and they had someone there to jump me off within 30 minutes!
Monday I will be buying the larger box and a new MUCH larger battery!

Good to hear Sam came thru, I have them too .... I also got Progressive for Insurance and not more than two days after getting Coach we took a hit to the windshield- Progressive sent a guy out next day and repaired the chip, so heads up for Progressive as well.

Only bad thing about getting insurance company to fix the chips is that they count against your record as a claim, so your insurance may go up next year!
My agent advised me that it would be less expensive to just pay for having the chip fixed instead of letting Safeco do it!

Joe, don't use have a Boost switch where you can start off your "house batteries" if coach/chassis battery is weak?

Cross that bridge when I come to it .... It cost them $60 verses $120 quote I had from Safco .... My whole premium is $210ish so if I need to go to my regular carrier verses Progressive I will .... My last insurance claim was 1981 and so don’t think I’ll get dinged too bad, especially if claim free remaining of period it will keep eye out, thanks!

Joe, I'm not sure of the size of battery box on the CRV, but after my wife's Accord battery kept getting low due to size, I was able to get the 24F into the box. No problems since then. Good luck finding one that will fit the CRV. David

You didn't say, but assume it was not the coach you were in?
