Gorilla Clear Grip Contact Adhesive

Has anyone used Gorilla Clear Grip Contact Adhesive? The trim on the bottom of my slides is intact and the adhesive/sealant is in good shape. I don’t have any water intrusion into the floor but, I’m considering cleaning the top of the trim piece and adding a bead of a flexible adhesive to the join between the trim piece and the slide wall as insurance.

Thoughts?

Gorilla products

From our experience, Gorilla tape and Gorilla glue is inferior to other products out there. Duct tape lasted us 2000 miles on a repair to fibreglass that we were unable to fix until we got home. When we finally had to replace the duct tape, we bought Gorilla tape, buying into the commercials that purported superior strength. It failed within 100 miles, and we bought more duct tape and it lasted for the remainder of our trip. Have had similar experiences with gorilla glue when compared to contact cement.
We’ll never buy or recommend a Gorilla product to make a repair that is expected to last.
Our opinion based on experience.

Thanks for the input. YouTube videos were pretty good.

I think I may have found the solution in Geocel-28100v. Need to do a bit more research but it looks promising.

Worked at a tape mfgr. Tapes are only temporary fixes. Especially outside.
Glues are better. Clear silicone glues are good. They have high initial tack, can hold up to vibrations, and can be rubbed off both surfaces once you want it off. Super glue cures fast.
I carry many types of glues and tapes depending on repair needed.
