(NBC) - Two government agencies Monday proposed a 20-percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and increased fuel consumption over the next eight years. The proposal reaches beyond cars and light trucks to include everything from school buses to tractor trailers to heavy-duty trucks.

So let's see. The GOVERNMENT is better at it than the rest of us. The EPA is going to fix US all.

The trucking companies have consistently boosted mileage BECAUSE IT'S GOOD FOR MAKING MONEY, Uncle.

This is as dumb as the latest THIS OLD HOUSE episode with the EPA sticking its nose into places it does not belong.

Gee, I hope they're reading this. They will have to rewrite the LAWS OF PHYSICS. Yeah, that's how to do it!
