The Garmin 340 is an updated 330. The difference is that the 340 says the name of the street you are to turn on which is good when there are 2 streets real close together.

Bought a garmin c330 2 months ago. I love it, works right out of the box and never lost.

I've been researching the same thing-which gps? I haven't pulled the trigger yet, but, I'm leaning towards garmin 340- I like the feature of street names being said. A few more $$ than 330, but, for me, worth it. Kathy
