Great company, Tekonsha P3 controller

My previous post was about my P3 controller. Called them and they are replacing it with no problem. Nice to know a company stands behind their product. They even said I could take it to a local vendor and change it out. Now how is that for customer service?

That's the only brand I will buy. I have the P3 in my MH and a Voyager in my truck.

My old P3 used to always display the message: "Short to battery, No brakes" when it rained or was too humid outside. I called them and they sent me one in two days! I then used their box and returned the defective one.

There's no substitute for great customer service!

I bought a new control board for my Parrot quadracopter from xPansys. It was defective and they wouldn't honor their return policy. I had to send the whole copter back to Parrot for warranty repair. Talk about your customer no-service.
