Great Customer Service

I just had the greatest customer service experience that I have to share. Earlier this morning, after doing some research, I decided to buy a Progressive Industries SSP50 Smart Surge protector. The first place I went to was Amazon They had it for $115 plus shipping. I then found it at TechnoRV for $98 with free shipping. If that wasn't good enough, they wanted to know if I had a trip planned. I told them I wanted to leave by next Wednesday. I placed my order around 10am and they had my order shipped with a tracking number by 12 Noon!!! Less than two hours start to finish! I will definitely be doing more business with Phil and TechnoRV...check them out.

Yesterday must have been my day! After I ordered the surge protector I ordered a Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer from etrailer.com. Not only did I save over $100. on the stabilizer and mounting brackets, I received this email with my order confirmation and a nice surprise...I must be living right
