Recently, while preparing to get on the road again, Rick discovered that one of the sensors on a motorhome tire was not working properly. After following the instructions without success he called the company. It was well after 6:00 PM, but Phil (the owner) answered the phone and asked Rick to try again, this time leaving the sensor off for 15 minutes. And if that did not work, to call again in the morning and speak with Doug. Rick had to call Doug the next morning because he still could not get it to register. Doug sent the sensor priority mail and we received it within a couple days. We sent the old sensor back and it cost us very little for the express mailing. It worked like a charm and we were on our way without delay. They understood that we did not want to travel without all the PressurePro sensors working properly and took the extra steps to get us the new sensor. Their communication with us was excellent and their customer service was fabulous. We are very happy to be using their product. Thank you Advantage PressurePro!

They are a great outfit - I've had similar experiences with them.

Just like American Express -- you don't leave home without them! We've had the PressurePro sensors about 8 months and love them. It's absolutely amazing how much tension it relieves. After we purchased them, our son and three friends purchased them for their RVs. We highly recommend them.

Happy RVing

P.S. We really enjoyed reading your blog. Just finished scanning our credit cards, DLs, etc.

We also feel a sense of extra security with the tire monitoring system, although we double check tire pressure every so often. Advantage PressurePro has been a good company to deal with and its nice to share positive info with others.

Ragman,
Thank you for the nice comments here and on our blog. We try to share useful information and lots of photos.
