Great Service in NW Washington

Quality work, exceptional personal service.
I took our motor home to JR’s RV Repair & Rebuild to correct a slide out leak with rot to the floor under the slide. The rotted area was inaccessible under the slide but I could reach in and feel a small area of soft wood. JR spent half and hour inspecting and evaluating the damage. He then had one of his techs come to add another opinion. JR then told me exactly what they believed they would find when they removed the slide to gain access to the damaged area. I agreed to his proposal and scheduled the work.
After removing the slide JR called and asked if it was convenient for me to come and see what they had found and to discuss repair proposals. Again JR and the tech doing the work spent time showing me exactly what needed repair and offering options for the work. After I agreed with their suggested option they continued with the work.
When the repair was completed I returned and again was met by the man who had done the work and offered a chance to ask any questions. After I inspected my motorhome I found that JR’s had done a fine craftsman’s job, including correcting some of my old diy repair attempts. Finally, the price was quite fair.
Great work, personal service, fair price.
How often does the big box service place allow you to meet with the person doing your work before, during, and after the job?
