Great Service Shouldn't Go Without Comment

Having purchased a variety of new motorhomes and trailers we were aware that a variety of issues can arise when you take ownership. When we recently purchased our new motorhome we were concerned about the manufacturer, especially in these economic times. We decided on Dynamax because they had just what were looking for and they are known for their quality. To be honest we fell in love with the stunning finish and attention to detail. We were able to get a good price on just what we wanted.

There were a few issues, none that Dynamax was responsible for. Dynamax is a small company but they are outstanding in standing behind their product. I received prompt attention from everyone and issues were escalated to the appropriate level in the company to resolve every issue. While our motorhome wasn't the most expensive they treated us like we spent a million.

A company that will go out of their way to fight for you with their suppliers means a great deal to me. Given that motorhomes have many components that are not manufactured by the motorhome company this was a big deal for me.

I can honestly say that if our needs change and we need another motorhome Dynamax is the first place we will head. If this sounds like an advertisement, it isn't. I have nothing to do with Dynamax except being a satisfied customer. When bad things happen we quickly complain. Good service deserves the same.

It's good to hear of a company that will go the extra mile for the customer. This will be one of the reasons that Dynamax will be around for many years to come.
